Returns & Exchanges will only be approved if your order has been damaged during transit or if you have received an incorrect product. In the event that your order is damaged in transit or that you have received the wrong product, you may return it exactly as it was received (unworn, original packaging and barcode tag must not be tampered with).
Our Return Process
1. Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of your order.

2. Please send us a photograph of the product so we can determine if the product is approved for return.

3. Once the damaged/incorrect product is approved for return, we will arrange for it to be collected.

4. Once we receive the damaged/incorrect product, we shall deliver the fresh/correct product to you. 

We are not responsible for the following:
1. Any packages that have been misplaced or harmed.

2. Returns that have not been notified to us first.

No Store Credit will be given in the following case
1. Delivery address incorrect or obsolete.

2. Incorrect address format including any form of address of the PO Box.

3. After three unsuccessful distribution attempts by our respective courier agent.

4. The package rejected by the receiver.

5. If there are any sizing issues.

6. Products returned in a used or damaged state.

7. Minor color and style variance.

8. If the jewellery is not found defective or damaged.
All items sold on this website are guaranteed to be genuine. However, we cannot comment on the authenticity of pieces not purchased from High Street Korea.
